HVAC BIM Coordinator

Job Duties:

• Coordinating construction projects with a focus on HVAC/Plumbing mechanical systems.
• Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
• Building coordination and prefab documents.

Qualifications:

• Working or educational experience utilizing REVIT.
• 3+ years of BIM/CAD working experience in HVAC/Plumbing
• An understanding of Shop Drawings/Submittals.
• Understanding of Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical blueprints.
• Self-motivated to work on your own and work well within a team.
• Aptitude for learning and desire to succeed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High level of organization and management skills.
