HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Commissioning Engineer who tests, documents, and qualifies HVAC and cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical and life-science facilities, ensuring they meet GMP and ISO standards.

We are currently looking for HVAC CQV Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of GMP HVAC systems and cleanroom facilities.
- Execute airflow, differential pressure, temperature, humidity, and recovery testing.
- Coordinate HVAC startup, TAB activities, and BMS functional testing with contractors and vendors.
- Review HVAC drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and commissioning documentation.
- Conduct HEPA filter integrity testing and smoke studies where applicable.
- Investigate deviations, implement corrective actions, and prepare qualification reports.
- Ensure compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644, ASTM E2500, and GMP requirements.
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Automation, and Operations teams throughout project execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate commissioning and qualification documentation.
- Support regulatory inspections and ensure HVAC systems are qualified for GMP operation.
