About The Position

An HVAC Controls Technician is responsible for programming, troubleshooting, startup, checkout, and servicing of Building Automation Systems (BAS). Key duties include configuring and optimizing system performance, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring proper integration of HVAC controls. The technician will also work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless operation and functionality of the BAS. Strong technical expertise in control systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in field environments are essential for this role. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, typically with 8-hour shifts during office hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
