Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive B2B training modules focusing on HVAC systems, electrical engineering principles, and modern applications.
• Spearhead Curriculum Development initiatives to ensure course materials remain aligned with evolving industry standards, technological innovations, and corporate needs.
• Foster high levels of Student Engagement through interactive lectures, hands-on laboratory sessions, and effective classroom Management.
• Provide individualized Mentorship and academic Advising to corporate learners, supporting their professional growth and technical proficiency.
• Assess student progress through rigorous evaluations, utilizing strong Mathematics and analytical techniques to measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with industry partners to tailor training programs, demonstrating exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Communications skills.
• Incorporate emerging concepts in Information Technology, Information Systems, and Management Information Systems into the technical curriculum where applicable.
• Drive Innovation in instructional delivery by exploring the intersections of traditional electrical systems with modern digital tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical engineering principles, and industrial applications.
• General knowledge of Curriculum Development, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning theories.
• Working knowledge of Information Technology, Management Information Systems, and digital learning environments.
• Demonstrated excellence in Teaching, Mentorship, Communication, and Interpersonal Communications.
• Proven ability to apply Mathematics and analytical reasoning within technical educational contexts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Education, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive background in corporate training, B2B education, or technical consulting with a focus on leadership development.
• Familiarity with modern software tools, basic programming concepts, and technological innovations impacting building automation systems.
