HVAC Electrician

Core Responsibilities:

• In-home estimates for EV charger installations
• Selling and installing Level 2 EV chargers
• Performing electrical panel upgrades when needed
• Providing clean, safe, code-compliant work
• Running conduit, pulling wire, and completing clean, professional installations
• Delivering excellent customer experience and communication
• Earning review bonuses for 5-star customer service
• Communicating clearly with homeowners about scope, pricing, and safety
• Staying organized, punctual, and focused on completing jobs the right way

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as an Electrician
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must provide own hand tools

Pay Range: Starting at $23 hourly, expected earning 150k+ annually D.O.E and Skills

Compensation Breakdown:

• Base Pay: $23 hourly
• Commission Pay
• Performance Bonuses
• Total Expected earnings: $150k+ Annually, Depending on Your Skills and Drive!

Location: San Jose, CA

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts + Overtime
• Weekend Availability
