HVAC Engineer

• Design, review, and supervise HVAC systems, including ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
  

• Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and technical submissions.
  

• Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP disciplines.
  

• Ensure all HVAC installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, consultant requirements, and applicable UAE standards.
  

• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress and quality.
  

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
  

• Review material submittals, equipment selections, and technical specifications.
  

• Support testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), commissioning, and handover activities.
  

• Ensure compliance with project schedules, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  

• Minimum 4–6 years of Gulf experience in HVAC engineering.
  

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water systems, and ventilation.
  

• Experience in reviewing shop drawings and coordinating MEP site activities.
  

• Knowledge of UAE building codes and relevant HVAC standards.
  

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
