Stemmle Plumbing Repair Inc. & Affiliates is seeking motivated and dependable HVAC Helpers to support our technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
Field & Technical Support
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
- Support preventative maintenance and routine service calls
- Help with ductwork, piping, and system components using hand and power tools
- Pass tools, materials, and equipment to technicians as needed
- Assist with electrical wiring, insulation, and system assembly
Operational Support
- Stock and restock service vehicles with tools and materials
- Set up and clean up job sites before and after service calls
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance
- Keep service vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all tools and equipment
- Assist with inventory tracking and material usage
Safety Requirements
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Use appropriate PPE at all times
- Perform physically demanding tasks including:
- Lifting 50+ lbs.
- Crawling, bending, squatting, and climbing
- Working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
- Safely operate tools, machinery, and company vehicles (if authorized).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
