Under the direction of a Lead Installer, you'll tackle the big stuff:

  • Tearing out old units and installing brand-new heating and cooling systems.
  • Running wires through walls like a pro.
  • Fabricating and installing custom ductwork.
  • Setting up refrigeration lines and replacing venting.
  • Getting the job done right, usually on 1–2 jobs a day.

Your Daily Checklist

  • Prep: Organize, load, and clean your truck before every job.
  • Setup: Lay out supplies and prep the vehicle for install.
  • Foundation: Level the ground and place the outdoor unit pad perfectly.
  • Installation: Assist with line sets, ductless mini-splits (ref lines, hides, drains, wiring), and braze piping connections.
  • Precision: Cut wall penetrations, mount thermostats, and hook up high/low voltage wiring.
  • Commissioning: Bring systems to life (unitary forced air, ductless, and communicating systems).
  • Cleanup: Leave the site spotless, inside and out.
