Assists HVAC installation teams with equipment setup, customer service, and documentation while following safety and quality standards in a hands-on trade role.

J&A Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for a HVAC Install Helper who is confident and takes pride in quality work.

What you will do:
- Work closely with the Installation department and any others necessary to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
- For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.
- Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.
- Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
What You'll Bring:
- Basic HVAC Knowledge
- Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
