HVAC Install Technician

We're not your typical Home Services company. At Streamline Services, we're a tight-knit team driven by our shared core values and a genuine love for what we do. If you're an HVAC installer looking for a place where your hard work is appreciated, your manager invests in you, and your birthday is a paid holiday, then you've found your home!

What You'll Be Doing

This role is all about craftsmanship and teamwork. We need a professional who can install complete HVAC systems correctly the first time, and, most importantly, represent Streamline well in every customer's home.

• Be the Craftsman: Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and full HVAC systems to spec and to code, on schedule and done right.
• Master the Flow: Efficiently manage your work, maintain accurate records, and keep in close communication with your install team and dispatch.
• Keep It Polished: Ensure your company vehicle is clean and stocked—it's your office on wheels!
• Embrace the Culture: Commit to being Dependable, Positive, and Eager to Learn, Humble, Process Driven, and Dedicated—these aren't just words; they're how we operate every day.
