What You’ll Do
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ACs)
- Read and follow mechanical plans, blueprints, and installation instructions
- Run, hang, and seal ductwork to code and company standards
- Set equipment, connect low-voltage wiring, line sets, drains, and control systems
- Coordinate with project managers, service techs, and warehouse for job readiness
- Maintain a clean jobsite and professional appearance
- Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and Eagle Pipe Heating & Air quality standards
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HVAC systems, duct design, and installation best practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- EPA Certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic — zero ego, all hustle
