An Installer at Swick is responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Paid in weekly installments of $500, beginning after 60 days of employment

Schedule
- 7am-4pm, end times vary based on completion of work and business needs
- 35-45 hours per week are typical for this role
- Overtime may be offered and at times can be required
Essential Job Duties
- Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner while maintaining meticulous craftsmanship
- The ability to perform physical activities, including bending, lifting (up to 50+ pounds), and other manual tasks.
- Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process
- Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers
- Handle customer concerns when on jobsites, and escalate to install manager when appropriate
Qualifications
- Certified in Warm Air, Gas, Refrigeration, and Hot Water & Steam
- Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through on residential work
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
