Residential HVAC Lead Installer
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity?Haley Mechanical is seeking self‑motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing Residential HVAC Technician team.
Compensation
- $30–$40 per hour

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer
- Install HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations
- Properly connect and test HVAC equipment
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC lead installation experience (required)
- HVAC degree or equivalent experience (not required; nice to have)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
