HVAC Manager

About the role

At Mur&Partners, we are looking for an HVAC Manager for a consolidated and leading company in its sector, located in Barcelona.

As HVAC Head, you will provide direct support to the area management in the technical and operational coordination of HVAC services, ensuring compliance with the quality, safety, and efficiency levels established by the Group's various facilities.

You will be a key figure in guaranteeing the correct execution of maintenance, optimizations, and improvements in facilities.

What you'll do

• Planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC facilities.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and/or subcontractors, ensuring service quality.
• Participate in daily operational management, incident analysis, and the proposal of technical solutions.
• Monitor indicators (KPIs), consumption, and energy performance.
• Collaborate in the preparation of budgets, technical reports, and improvement proposals.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations (RITE, OSH, environmental, etc.).
• Support technical audits and the commissioning of new facilities.
• Act as a technical interlocutor with internal/external clients when necessary.

What we're looking for

• Technical Engineering / Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Mechanical or similar) or Higher Vocational Training in HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in technical roles linked to HVAC facilities.

Technical knowledge

• HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, VRV/VRF, AHUs, pumps, towers, etc.
• Interpretation of blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• RITE regulations and energy efficiency criteria.
• Maintenance management software (CMMS), Office, and technical reporting.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in team coordination or a support role to management is valued.
