HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager

HVAC/Plumbing Senior Project Manager position in Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

• Manage one or multiple large commercial mechanical projects
• Manage schedule, budget, sub-contractors, change-orders
• Ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• 8+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience
• Experience managing large, commercial projects
• Knowledge of Quickpen, MS Project, Excel, BlueBeam among other applications preferred
• Local and stable work-history preferred
