🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and boilers
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Present customers with professional repair and replacement options
- Identify replacement opportunities and generate leads for our Comfort Advisors
- Recommend maintenance memberships, indoor air quality solutions, and financing options
- Complete accurate service tickets and job documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience Preferred
- Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Abilities
- Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred
- EPA Certification Required
- Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and Solve Problems
- Professional Appearance and a Positive Attitude
