HVAC Sales- Comfort Advisor

Position Summary:

Step into a high-impact HVAC Sales role with IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical in San Jose, CA, where your performance directly drives your income. This is a commission-only opportunity with a proven path to $212K+ annually, backed by 100% company-provided leads, premium tools, and a system built for closers. You’ll run pre-qualified calls, design comfort solutions, and close high-value HVAC sales.

Core Responsibilities:

• Traveling to the customer's houses
• Inspecting properties
• Performing load calculation
• Providing multiple options for systems
• Educating customers on different equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and IAQ accessories

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HVAC Sales or other related sales roles (home services or home improvement preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan is preferred
• Have a strong sales background and knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay Range: Proven Path to $212K+ Annually!

Compensation Breakdown:

• Commission Only
• Annual Range: $170K-$212K+, Depending on Experience
• Top Performers making $300K-$460K

Schedule:

• Mon - Fri or Mon - Sat
• 9-12 Hour Shifts
• Weekend Availability
