Evaluate customer needs and help develop practical HVAC and mechanical system solutions

Identify and help develop new commercial HVAC business opportunities
Coordinate with internal team members throughout the sales and estimating process

Strong engineering, mechanical, or technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems and applications
Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, or mechanical applications
Ability to support a combination of HVAC estimating, engineering, customer solutions, and business development responsibilities
Ability to review technical information, project requirements, plans, and specifications and translate them into practical HVAC solutions
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfortable working directly with customers and internal teams throughout the estimating and sales process
Direct HVAC sales experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong technical aptitude and relevant commercial HVAC knowledge
Engineering education or relevant technical HVAC experience preferred
Open to early-career engineering candidates who want to develop commercial HVAC estimating and sales expertise
Experienced commercial HVAC or technical professionals interested in transitioning into an estimating, engineering, and business development role are encouraged to apply
Willingness to learn and grow across commercial HVAC sales, estimating, engineering, and customer relationship development
Professional Engineer (PE) license is not required
