We are looking to bring on a full-time Inventory Specialist to join our team at Pacific Aire, to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community.

Position Summary
As an HVAC Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners and business owners find the right
heating and cooling solution for their space, walking them through options, energy efficiency,
and financing so they can make a confident decision. It's a sales career with steady demand and
real room to grow the more you learn the trade.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess HVAC needs and recommend solutions
• Develop creative self-generated leads through referrals, door-to-door activities, tech engagement, and community events like home and garden shows
• Develop detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for system installations, replacements, and upgrades
• Educate customers on system options, energy efficiency, warranties, financing, and maintenance programs
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure proper job scoping and delivery
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and marketing leads, and represent the company at home shows and trade fairs
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, maintaining accurate sales records and customer communication in CRM
• Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, and share feedback with leadership on customer preferences and market trends
