HVAC Service Account Manager

Strategic Client Acquisition: Take initiative to identify and onboard new customers, showcasing a proactive approach in targeting and securing key accounts.
Complex Project Sales: Demonstrate the ability to identify and close large, intricate projects and solutions within the defined market segments.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing key customers, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative selling environment, leveraging subject matter experts to provide unique and value-driven solutions to customers.
Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, both externally with clients and internally with colleagues, to ensure a seamless experience.
Performance Management: Meet and exceed key performance indicators, managing to service level agreements (SLAs) and other critical deliverables.
Data Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasting and customer information within the company's CRM system and other relevant tools.

Education And Experience

5+ years of identified HVAC market experience, commercial construction sales or account management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing a related field or extensive, proven relevant industry experience is preferred
