Experienced HVAC Technician

Augusta Plumbing and Heating is hiring a full-time Experienced HVAC Technician in St. Cloud, MN. If you have strong HVAC experience and enjoy diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and delivering quality service, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do

You'll work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Completing HVAC repairs and maintenance
• Installing HVAC equipment and systems
• Communicating with customers about service needs and repair options
• Completing approved repairs and services professionally and efficiently
• Servicing boilers and water heaters as needed
• Participating in training and continuing education opportunities

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of HVAC experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in various positions and environments, including standing, walking, bending, crawling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and climbing
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds

HVAC or related industry education is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience.
