As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers comfortable and confident in their homes. You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while providing the kind of experience that makes Jolly a name our customers know and trust.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment.

• Perform thorough inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

• Identify system concerns and educate homeowners on repair, maintenance, and replacement options.

• Provide honest, clear recommendations that help customers make informed decisions about their home comfort.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.

• Accurately document service calls, findings, repairs, and recommendations using company software.

• Follow all safety procedures, industry standards, and company policies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and work environment.

• Collaborate with dispatch, customer experience representatives, installers, and fellow technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
