What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Service and troubleshoot package units up to 12 tons, split systems, hanging heaters, and mini splits
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify needed repairs or system concerns
- Diagnose system issues independently and complete repairs correctly the first time
- Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to residential and commercial customers
- Deliver five-star customer service on every visit
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, property managers, dispatch, and support teams
- Maintain a clean company vehicle, organized equipment, and professional job site
- Follow applicable HVAC codes, safety procedures, and company standards
- Participate in ongoing technical training and team meetings
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have at least 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Have experience servicing both residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment
- Hold a current EPA certification
- Can diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
- Have experience with package units, split systems, hanging heaters, and mini splits
- Understand local HVAC codes and safe work practices
- Communicate professionally and can explain technical information in a way customers understand
- Enjoy helping customers and building trust
- Take pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time
- Want to continue developing your technical skills and building a long-term HVAC career
