NHS Mechanical is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of commercial systems.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection in strict accordance with EPA regulations.
- Complete detailed service reports and work orders, accurately documenting work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients, explaining technical issues and repair options in an understandable manner.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
