Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics throughout Austin, Texas and surrounding communities.

• Troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues and provide dependable repair solutions.

• Repair or replace components including compressors, blower motors, thermostats, capacitors, contactors, and electrical controls.

• Diagnose airflow concerns, refrigerant issues, and overall system performance.

• Explain repair and replacement options clearly so homeowners can make informed decisions.

• Identify residential HVAC replacement opportunities when appropriate.

• Educate customers on equipment performance, system upgrades, and indoor air quality products.

• Complete accurate service documentation using company software.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience on replacement projects.

• Stay current on HVAC equipment, industry standards, and service best practices.

• Deliver quality workmanship that builds customer confidence and reduces repeat service calls.

• 7 to 10+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.

• Proven experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC equipment.

• Experience identifying and closing residential HVAC replacement opportunities.

• EPA Certification required.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Comfortable using digital service platforms, mobile technology, and HVAC software.

• Self motivated with a dependable, long term approach to your career.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem solving skills.
