Reports to: RNC Manager
Pay Scale: $18.00-$25.00

Job Summary:
To ensure residential heating and air conditioning systems are correctly installed, tested, and operational according to company standards, while providing the customer with high-quality experience.
Primary Job Function:
- Arrive at the jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched.
- Inform and educate customers regarding any issues or needs.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Perform initial start-up and pressure tests for new systems.
- Monitors system operations, interpret gauges and instruments, and adjusts controls.
- Other duties as assigned.
