HVAC Supervisor/Foreman

1. Tentative interview schedule: We can start Zoom interviews ASAP. If you can source a large number of candidates, we can consider face-to-face interviews in India.
2. Contract Period - 2 years
3. Working hours and overtime facilities: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
4. Facilities of food, accommodation, Medical and transportation - Food allowance + company accommodation/transportation and medical insurance provided.
5. Any other benefits offered to the candidates - 21 days paid leave/year, flight ticket every 2 years, Yearly review of performance followed by bonus, salary revision etc. for top performers.

HVAC Supervisor/Foreman

Basic salary: 3.5k-5k SAR per month

Requirements:

• Strong background in HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package/split
• Ability to

o ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget

o plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and maintenance projects

o to coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

o to monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

o to lead, mentor, and motivate HVAC technicians and apprentices.

o to assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.

o to provide training and guidance to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma/Certificate in Airconditioning and Refrigeration
• 5-10 years’ hands experience on chillers well known brands like York, Trane, Petra, Zamil, Carrier etc.
