HVAC Supervisor/Foreman

• Contract Period - 2 years
• Working hours and overtime facilities - 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Facilities of food, accommodation, Medical and transportation - Food allowance, company accommodation/transportation and medical insurance provided.

HVAC Supervisor/Foreman

Requirements:
 Strong background in HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs,
package/split
 Ability to
o ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget
o plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and maintenance projects
o to coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials
and equipment
o to monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet
deadlines
o to lead, mentor, and motivate HVAC technicians and apprentices.
o to assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills
and experience.
o to provide training and guidance to ensure that all work is performed
safely and efficiently.

Qualification and Experience:
 Diploma/Certificate in Airconditioning and Refrigeration
 5-10 years’ hands experience on chillers
