Experience: 7+ years in HVAC

Job Summary

We are seeking an activities for critical cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of hands-on HVAC skills, and experience servicing commercial, industrial, or data center cooling systems.

This role involves supervising technicians, resolving technical issues, and ensuring safe, reliable service delivery at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HVAC field service activities at customer locations.
• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and cooling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system diagnostics, and emergency repairs.
• Lead field technicians and provide technical guidance during service activities.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Use electrical testing equipment to identify faults and diagnose system issues.
• Ensure all work follows established safety requirements and service procedures.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and other required documentation accurately.
• Communicate service findings, repair requirements, and job progress to customers and internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Participate in on-call support and work extended hours or weekends when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or equivalent industry experience.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification/license or related industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience servicing data center cooling or HVAC systems, including precision cooling equipment.
• Experience working in critical facilities or mission-critical environments.

• Working knowledge of electrical testing equipment and Ohm’s Law.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing approximately 50–75 lbs.
• Ability to perform tasks involving frequent standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and crawling.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and outdoor environments.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call schedules as required.
