Shift Availability for HVAC Maintenance Technician:
- Full-Time, Days
- $2,500 dollar sign on bonus
- Every 5th weekend
- Every other Holiday

Responsibilities of HVAC Maintenance Technician:
- HVAC and Electrical, as dictated by Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance schedules.
- Utilizes work order system to manage and document completed work orders
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness of completed work
- Performs building systems and equipment testing and inspection as directed.
- Inventories parts, supplies and/or equipment as directed.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC maintenance preferred.
- HVAC Certification required
