HVAC Technician

Experience : 5+ years’ experience in industrial or oil field HVAC systems.

Qualification :

Technical certificate in HVAC or Refrigeration.
Knowledge of electrical basics and refrigerant handling.
Ability to read HVAC drawings and manuals.

Skills : HVAC System Maintenance – Preventive and corrective maintenance of air
conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis – Identifying and repairing faults in
compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and control systems.
Refrigeration Systems – Knowledge of refrigerant charging, leak detection,
recovery, and handling procedures.
Electrical & Control Systems – Understanding of HVAC electrical circuits,
thermostats, sensors, relays, and control panels.
Safety Compliance (PTW & LOTO) – Adhering to Permit to Work (PTW),
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and HSE standards during maintenance activities.

Mechanical Technician :

Qualification : Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and field maintenance practices
• Basic computer/reporting skills

Experience : 6+ years’ experience (oil & gas preferred)

Skills : Rotating Equipment Maintenance – Maintenance, inspection, and overhaul of
pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, and gearboxes.
Mechanical Troubleshooting – Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults to
minimize equipment downtime.
Shaft Alignment & Bearing Installation – Performing precision laser/dial
alignment and installing or replacing bearings and mechanical seals.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Executing scheduled maintenance and
emergency repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
Safety Compliance (PTW & LOTO) – Following Permit to Work (PTW),
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and other safety procedures during maintenance
activities.
