HVAC Turnover-to-Sales Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Turnover-to-Sales Technician with strong customer service and technical skills to identify service opportunities—such as system replacements, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions—and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our sales team.

Responsibilities

System Inspection & Diagnosis: Inspect HVAC systems to identify repairs, upgrades, replacement opportunities, and overall system issues.

Customer Consultation & Communication: Explain issues, build trust, and recommend solutions while communicating customer needs and equipment details to the team.

Lead Generation & Sales Handoff: Identify upgrade leads, turn qualified prospects over to the HVAC sales team, and meet company lead generation standards.

Documentation: Accurately document findings, recommendations, and customer information.

Professionalism & Quality Standards: Maintain professional standards and meet company benchmarks for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience & Certification: HVAC service/maintenance background preferred, backed by an EPA 608 certification.

Customer Service & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.

Sales Acumen: Ability to identify HVAC replacement and upgrade opportunities.

Qualifications & Tools: Valid driver’s license and familiarity with Service Titan.
