Iambic Therapeutics, Inc is seeking a Biological Structures Data Engineer to own data pipelines for acquiring, curating, and transforming experimental and synthetic structural data to train NeuralPLexer models. You will work with ML scientists to design and harden workflows for preparing protein–ligand complexes and affinity data for training, balancing maintainability over bespoke solutions.
The role emphasizes turning domain knowledge into maintainable infrastructure and will be hybrid in our
