Hybrid Cloud - ASEAN Pre Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Presales Manager - Hybrid Cloud. You will work closely with sales teams and clients to understand business needs, create cloud transformation strategies, and deliver innovative solutions across private and public cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end Hybrid Cloud solutions and migration strategies.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and customer discussions.
• Prepare RFx, RFP, and proposal responses.
• Support sales teams in customer presentations and solution positioning.
• Provide cloud sizing, architecture recommendations, and cost optimization advice.
• Develop cloud-native and modern application solutions.
• Present and discuss solutions with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Create solution documents, Statements of Work (SOW), and business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Management qualification is a plus).
• Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
• 10+ years of experience in cloud transformation, migration, solution design, and estimation.
• 12-20 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in Hybrid Cloud (public and private cloud environments).
• Proven experience in selling or designing large-scale cloud transformation solutions.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions.
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and delivering value to customers.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, VMware, and Hybrid Cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure transformation.
• Expertise in networking, security, identity management, and storage solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack, and Nutanix.
• Experience with automation and configuration tools (Chef, Puppet, RPA, etc.).
• Understanding of containers, microservices, serverless technologies, databases, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud environments.
• Strong estimation, solutioning, and architecture documentation skills.

Additional skills:
