Hybrid Customer Quality Engineer: Data-Driven Improvement

You will collect and evaluate customer quality data to identify trends and root causes, and lead small-scale quality improvement projects to implement effective solutions within deadlines. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and support teams to raise product standards, design robust QA processes, and provide expert technical support to customers for quality-related inquiries.
