Summary
Build and maintain Verifone’s hybrid data platform, including Kafka pipelines, databases, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure, while migrating streaming services to Kubernetes.
Verifone is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team. You will own and evolve a broad data platform spanning streaming pipelines, multiple databases, on-prem and cloud infrastructure, and DevOps tooling.
The role involves designing end-to-end data pipelines, supporting AWS data tooling, and migrating streaming services to Kubernetes, with emphasis on reducing operational toil across the team.
