What we do
The Analytics Business Unit provides consulting, implementation, training, architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability management based on SAP’s analytics solutions SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PaPM, Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) and others. We co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, financial planning/budgeting, intercompany transfer pricing, product/service costing, IT costing, tax calculations, funds/liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and sustainability. Job Description
As a strong SAP consulting and development partner, msg global is seeking for aspiring Quality Assurance experts that is committed, meticulous, organized, and can contribute to taking our SAP developed products to the market with the best quality.
What you will do
· Review and analyze application requirements to understand testing needs and ensure that products and services being developed meet Product Development standards.
· Create, update, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
· Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on web applications.
· Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and defects in a clear and concise manner using bug-tracking tools using JIRA
· Collaborate closely with developers, product owners to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
· Verify fixes and perform re-testing as part of defect resolution.
· Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and security standards.
· Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and design meetings to provide input on testability.
· Provide status updates and reports on test progress and outcomes.
· Create public documentation to guide customers on how to use the product.
What we are looking for
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Higher relevant education degree (Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent)
· Able to work in a multi-cultural environment with efficiency and enthusiasm.
· Have good verbal/written communication skills and presentation dynamics (in English)
· Have good understanding about:
- Agile / Lean / Scrum methodology
- Software Development Lifecycle
- Testing Methodology
Nice to have requirements:
· SAP Product Development Standards
· SAP Profitability and Performance Management
· Familiarity of SAP systems, SAP Cloud, and databases (at least HANA DB)
· Basic SAP Administration such as user administration, creation of RFC connections, Note implementation
· Manual testing and test case creation via XRAY
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
