Overview

We’re seeking a technically strong Fluid Power professional to manage and grow an established territory with a focus on hydraulic component repair and service for oil & gas equipment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the critical nature of hydraulic system reliability in oilfield operations and enjoys helping customers extend equipment life through repair, rebuild, and technical support solutions.

You’ll inherit a solid customer base with immediate revenue, along with opportunity to expand repair, service, and aftermarket support programs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow established accounts with a focus on hydraulic repair, rebuild, and service solutions
• Identify new opportunities for component repair (pumps, motors, valves, cylinders) and new opportunities for replacement components
• Serve as the primary technical resource for diagnosing hydraulic system issues and recommending repair vs. replacement strategies
• Work closely with internal shop, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality repair services
• Develop proposals, quotes, and scope for repair, overhaul, and service contracts
• Support customers with failure analysis, troubleshooting, and system improvement recommendations
• Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor focused on uptime, reliability, and cost control
