Position Summary
The Project Manager I is responsible for but not limited to coordinating and supporting the execution of field-based projects from planning through completion. This entry- to mid-level role focuses on overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring that project activities are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Under the guidance of senior project managers or operations leadership, the Project Manager I works closely with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain productivity, resolve on-site issues, and uphold quality and safety standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day field operations and schedules.
- Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Work closely with field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Track progress and report issues to senior managers.
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
- Manage documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and permits.
- Participate in team safety meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Online/remote safety training as required.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
***Candidates must have been granted "unescorted access" to a Nuclear Power Plant within the last 365 days and have high-pressure pump operator experience (40K PSI or higher)***
