Role Overview
Supervise hygiene, sanitation and housekeeping activities across the facility, ensuring compliance with food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning, sanitation and housekeeping activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure identified hygiene issues are addressed.
- Monitor pest control devices and proper waste management.
- Ensure cleaning of Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain records.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment and PPE.
- Prepare hygiene reports and support audits and inspections.
Requirements
- OND in Science or a related discipline.
- Five O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than two sittings.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hygiene, sanitation or housekeeping within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, food safety, pest control and waste management.
- Strong attention to detail.
