Hygiene Manager- 4 on 4 off- Nightshift- 6PM-6AM

As our Hygiene Manager, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the night hours. You'll lead the hygiene team with a friendly and proactive approach, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and exceeded. What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing all hygiene operations during the nightshift, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Leading and supporting the night hygiene team with a positive and encouraging leadership style.
- Conducting regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
- Collaborating with production and quality teams to promptly address any issues.
- Keeping up to date with best practices and helping to implement improvements.
- Reporting back on hygiene performance and sharing insights with senior management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Availability to work permanent night shifts- 6PM-6AM- 4 on 4 off rotational.
- 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment, ideally during night shifts.
- Experience managing large teams with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields are beneficial but not essential.
