1. Conduct daily hygiene inspections in all food preparation and storage areas at different time of the day to ensure procedures and colleagues practices are on line with standards.
2. Conduct hygiene related training to colleagues, specially design trainings according to different level in order to be efficient, focusing on setting standards during
pre-opening and continuing to maintain after hotel in full operation. Training to be carried out with hand outs and keep attendance records signed by colleagues.
3. Ishighly visible in operation during outlet opening hours as well back of the house preparation time.
4. Inform his/her supervisors on any irregularities or violations of local laws or LHG Brand standards and provide solutions which are operationally and by law viable.
5. Will establish a good business relation with local hygiene bureau
6. Personally drives and follows special adherence to the local law during moon cake or Christmas hampers project.
7. Has to attend any hygiene inspections with local authorities who come to inspect hotel

9. Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
