Hypercare Consultant

emagine are currently looking for an experienced Hypercare Consultant for one of our clients in Jutland. You’ll be joining a complex transformation programme, ensuring operational readiness, rapid issue resolution, effective stakeholder coordination, and a successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

Task Description:

We are searching for a seasoned Hypercare Consultant with experience leading post-go-live stabilization for a complex transformation program, ensuring operational readiness, rapid issue resolution, effective stakeholder coordination, and a successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

Technical Competencies and Experiences:

• Hypercare & Service Transition Leadership. Proven experience designing, implementing, and leading Hypercare and Early Life Support (ELS) phases for large-scale IT transformation programs.

• Stakeholder Management & Governance. Strong ability to coordinate business stakeholders, IT Operations, Service Desk, application teams, vendors, and project leadership, establishing clear governance, escalation paths, decision forums, and reporting structures.

• IT Service Management (ITIL) expertise. Deep understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes to stabilize and reduce operational risk.

• Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement. Prioritization and resolution of critical issues during Hypercare, perform trend analysis, KPIs.

• Experience leading post-go-live stabilization from similar assignments to programs or large projects.

• Strong operational knowledge and experience.

Tools and Technologies:

• ServiceNow knowledge.

• Azure DevOps.
