What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle while building relationships, learning valuable sales skills, and working toward your earning goals. You don’t need to know everything about cars on day one—we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to grow.

Customer Experience & Relationship Building

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive first impression

• Ask questions and listen to understand each customer’s needs and preferences

• Help customers explore vehicle options that fit their lifestyle and budget

• Build trust by providing attentive, professional, and helpful service

• Follow up with customers to answer questions, maintain relationships, and encourage future business

• Create an experience that makes customers feel valued and confident in their purchase

Learning & Sales Development

• Learn about Hyundai vehicles, features, technology, and available options

• Participate in training and coaching to develop your sales skills

• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations as you build product knowledge

• Learn how to guide customers through the buying process

• Work with Sales Management to establish goals, review progress, and improve performance

• Develop the confidence and skills needed to build a successful, long-term sales career

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Collaborate with teammates and managers to deliver an excellent customer experience

• Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to accept coaching and feedback

• Stay organized and follow up consistently with prospective customers

• Contribute to a supportive, energetic, and goal-oriented team environment

Requirements

• No prior automotive or sales experience required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Flexible schedule, including weekends
