IA FullStack Developer Node js - Fintech

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to own product features end to end — from discovery with business colleagues to production and beyond. You will ship across a TypeScript stack (Vue js, Node js, Express, MongoDB, SQL) and use agentic AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code as a core part of how you build, test, and review software.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across Vue js, TypeScript, Node js, Express, MongoDB and occasionally Postgres.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, and Marketing to scope, plan, and deliver new capabilities end to end, translating business and regulatory requirements into clear technical designs.
• Use agentic AI workflows (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring, and documentation — while owning the correctness, security, and maintainability of everything you ship.
• Lead and participate in rigorous code reviews, including critical review of AI-generated code.
• Measure and improve application performance: API latency, database query efficiency, and frontend Core Web Vitals.
• Write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines that keep releases fast and safe.
• Build with security and compliance in mind in a PCI DSS environment: secure coding, least privilege, and careful handling of sensitive data.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, and propose improvements to our stack, tooling, and processes.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial sector: e-commerce, fintech, or banking.
• Familiarity with payments concepts (authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks) or compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku) and observability tools (e.g., Datadog).
• Experience with testing tools such as Vitest, Jest, or Playwright.
• Experience building AI-powered features or integrating LLM APIs into products.
• A track record of mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
