We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within a complex, global environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad identity landscape, driving strategic architecture, governance, resilience, and modernisation initiatives.

KeyResponsibilities

• Defineanddeliveridentityarchitecturealignedtobusinessandsecuritystrategy.
• LeadthedesignofenterpriseIAMsolutionsacrossEntraID,PAM,IGA,ZeroTrust,HybridIdentity,andIdentityResilience.
• ProduceandmaintainarchitectureartefactsincludingHLDs,LLDs,standards,roadmaps,andreferencearchitectures.
• Providetechnicalleadershipandguidancetoengineering,security,andcloudteamsoncomplexidentityinitiatives.

Essential Experience

• Significant experience working as an Identity Architect within large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise across:
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Azure
  • Hybrid Identity
  • Federation
  • Authentication and Authorisation
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions and transformation programmes.
• Experience working in the Insurance or Banking Sector
