IAM Architect (Sailpoint/Frogerock/Cyberark) W2 Profiles Remote

Job Title: IAM Architect – SailPoint / ForgeRock / CyberArk

Location: Remote



Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions using SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk.
• Lead IAM strategy, solution architecture, and implementation initiatives.
• Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Develop identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML).
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access management solutions.
• Architect Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including credential vaulting and privileged session management.
• Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Define role-based access control (RBAC), access policies, and access certification processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture documentation, and guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and recommend security improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
• ForgeRock Identity Platform
• CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including:

• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Identity Lifecycle Management

Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise and cloud applications.Strong knowledge of security architecture and best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant SailPoint, ForgeRock, or CyberArk certifications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud IAM solutions.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM implementations.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture.
