IAM Developer

What you'll do

• Integrate corporate applications and systems with the IAM platform.
• Implement and maintain IAM functionalities.
• Administer and operate the IAM solution.
• Resolve incidents and provide technical-functional support.
• Coordinate with technical teams and business areas.
• Participate in deployments, evolutions, and improvements of the platform.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Provide support for audits and access controls.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of Java (essential).
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (essential).
• Ability to work autonomously, resolutely, and proactively.
• Capacity for operational leadership and team coordination: task distribution and monitoring, driving deadlines, scaling, and unblocking dependencies.
• Orientation towards quality and continuous improvement; ability to identify risks and incidents before they go into production.
• Communication and coordination skills with technical teams and client areas.

Nice to have

• Desirable: Groovy, PowerShell, Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Desirable: previous experience in IAM solutions and identity governance; provisioning, workflows, and application integration.
• Valuable: immediate incorporation and availability for the schedule and tasks of the offer.

Education & certifications

• Degree: Higher Vocational Training or University Degree related to computer science.
