JOB SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Textron Identity and Access Management team as a key contributor to the Enterprise IT function. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain identity-related solutions to support the enterprise's needs. The selected candidate will have strong analytical skills, be self-starting, and have a desire to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain identity-related solutions, such as authentication, authorization, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and account management.
- Automate and optimize the Identity development process by developing scripts, workflows, or pipelines.
- Manage and configure the Identity resources such as Entra ID, Active Directory, PingFederate, and other identity solutions.
- Research and assess new solutions, products, and technologies that can enhance and improve services offered by the Identity team.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate identity solutions with other business applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues and incidents.
- Ensure the compliance of the identity systems with the organization's security standards and policies.
