IAM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team in Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions that ensure secure access to cloud resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain IAM policies, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement IAM solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to manage user identities and access controls. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate IAM with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab. - Monitor and audit IAM policies and access logs to ensure compliance and security. - Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing support to users and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance security posture. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of GCP IAM and Google Cloud services. - Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
